Detailed description
Bauxite cement is a kind of high alumina fast-setting and early-strength water-hard cementitious material with refractory properties, which is made of high quality natural bauxite and limestone as raw materials and finely ground by high temperature calcination in rotary kiln. It can be used for the preparation of indefinite refractory materials, expansion cement, self-stressing cement and ice addition of chemical building materials, etc. It is an irreplaceable product of silicate cement for emergency repair, emergency construction, anti-sulfuric acid corrosion and winter construction projects. Aluminate cement is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, machinery, petroleum, chemical industry, etc.

Main chemical composition % (according to GB205-2000 test) The chemical composition of aluminate cement is according to the cement quality percentage in the following requirements.
Caution.
1、It shall not be mixed with silicate cement, lime, etc. in construction, and the mixing equipment shall be rinsed clean before use, and the mixing water shall be pure drinking water.
2、Aluminate cement is not suitable for pouring large area concrete, and the maintenance temperature shall not exceed 50C.
3、It shall not be used in the project of contacting alkaline solution.
4、When transporting and storing, it should be protected from moisture and rain.
5、Aluminate cement is valid for two months from the date of packaging.
6、When used in reinforced concrete, the thickness of protective layer of reinforcement shall not be less than 60mm.
7、Other matters are according to the requirements of G B201-2000 standard.
