Company Overview
The group was established in December 2003 and employs mature production processes and technologies. Its main products include calcium aluminate powder for water treatment, aluminates cement, highly reactive bauxite, polyaluminum chloride, polyaluminum ferric chloride, and packaging materials. Following years of renovation, expansion, and new‑facility construction, the company now operates on a site spanning over 180 mu, with fixed‑asset investments totaling RMB 460 million, making it a leading domestic producer of calcium aluminate powder and a comprehensive range of water‑treatment agents.
The company was founded in December 2003, with its original factory located on Yanjiang Road in Kaili City.
On March 26, 2012, the company signed an Investment Agreement with the People’s Government of Kaili City for off-site relocation, capacity expansion, and technological upgrading, under which a new plant was to be constructed in the Lushan Industrial Park on a 100-mu site, with a planned investment of RMB 150 million to build a production line capable of annually producing 200,000 tons of calcium aluminate series products. On June 25, 2012, the project was filed and approved by the Kaili Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology; on July 15, 2014, the Kaili Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau issued Document No. Kai Huan Han (2014) 524, granting approval for the completion‑stage environmental protection acceptance of the production line; and in February 2015, the company successfully passed the safety production standardization assessment conducted by the Qiandongnan Prefecture Administration of Work Safety Supervision.
On April 5, 2016, the company signed an Investment Agreement with the People’s Government of Kaili City for its Second Plant, planning to invest RMB 280 million to build a new production line with an annual capacity of 120,000 tons of polyaluminum chloride, a production line for 100,000 tons of red pigment annually, and a production line capable of manufacturing 10 million woven packaging bags per year. Construction commenced on April 16, 2016, and the project was officially put into operation in May 2017.
The plant has an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of calcium aluminate powder and 100,000 tons of red powder. It occupies a site of 100 mu, with a total building area of 15,000 m², a landscaped area of 11,000 m², fixed asset investments totaling RMB 150 million, and a combined installed capacity of 7,500 kW. The main production equipment includes two Φ2.8×50 m external pre‑decomposition rotary kilns, two Φ2.4×7 m raw meal mills, one Φ2.4×7 m finished product mill, and 25 sets of supporting environmental protection facilities.
The Second Plant has an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons of polyaluminum chloride. The facility covers an area of 83 mu, with a total building area of 16,000 m² and 5,000 m² of landscaped green space. Total investment amounts to RMB 280 million, and the plant’s installed capacity is 1,200 kW. Its main production equipment includes four reaction tanks, ten liquid storage tanks, three 9.2‑m spray‑drying towers, three 4‑million‑kcal hot‑air furnaces, one boiler, twelve drum‑type drying units, and eight sets of auxiliary environmental protection facilities.
The Third Factory is primarily responsible for producing 10 million woven packaging bags annually, with a total floor area of 2,500 square meters. It integrates printing and sewing processes, offers a comprehensive range of product categories, and can meet the Group’s internal production and operational support needs.
The company’s products are supplied to more than twenty provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, including Shanghai, Guangdong, Guangxi, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Henan, and Shandong, while also being exported to overseas markets such as Indonesia and Vietnam, earning widespread recognition from customers both at home and abroad.
