Company Introduction
The group company was established in December 2003. It employs advanced production processes and technologies and primarily manufactures products for water treatment agents, including calcium aluminate powder, aluminates cement, highly active bauxite, polyaluminum chloride, polyaluminum ferric chloride, and packaging products. After more than a decade of renovation, expansion, and new construction, the company now occupies an area of over 180 mu and has fixed-asset investments totaling 460 million yuan. It is currently a major production base in China for calcium aluminate powder and a range of water treatment agent products.
The company was founded in December 2003, and its original factory is located on Yanjiang Road in Kaili City.
On March 26, 2012, an “Investment Agreement” was signed with the Kaili Municipal Government for off-site relocation and capacity expansion with technological upgrades. The first plant, located in the Lushan Industrial Park, occupies 100 mu of land and involves an investment of 150 million yuan to build a production line capable of annually producing 200,000 tons of calcium aluminate series products. On June 25, 2012, the Kaili Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology officially filed and confirmed the project. On July 15, 2014, the Kaili Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau issued Document No. Kai Huan Han (2014) 524 approving the completion and acceptance of the production line. In February 2015, the plant passed the acceptance inspection for “Standardization of Safety Production” conducted by the Qian Dongnan Prefecture Administration of Work Safety Supervision.
On April 5, 2016, we signed an Investment Agreement with the KaiLi Municipal Government for the Second Factory, investing 280 million yuan to build a new production line with an annual capacity of 120,000 tons of polyaluminum chloride, a red pigment production line with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons, and a woven packaging bag production line with an annual capacity of 10 million bags.
Construction began on April 16, 2016, and production started in May 2017.
The first plant features a calcium aluminate powder production line with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons and a red pigment production line with an annual output of 100,000 tons. The plant covers an area of 100 mu, with a total construction area of 15,000 square meters and a green space area of 11,000 square meters. The fixed asset investment amounts to 150 million yuan, and the total installed capacity is 7,500 kW. The main production equipment includes two external pre-decomposition rotary kilns, each measuring Φ2.8 × 50 m; two raw material mills, each with a diameter of Φ2.4 × 7 m; one finished-product mill, also with a diameter of Φ2.4 × 7 m; and 25 environmental protection facilities.
The No. 2 plant has an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons of polyaluminum chloride, occupies an area of 83 mu, and has a total construction area of 16,000 square meters. The green space covers 5,000 square meters, and the total investment amounts to 280 million yuan. The plant’s total installed capacity is 1,200 kW. Its main production equipment includes: four reaction tanks, ten liquid storage tanks, three 9.2-meter spray-drying towers, three 4-million-kilocalorie hot-air furnaces, one boiler, twelve rotary drum dryers, and eight sets of environmental protection facilities.
The Third Factory has a production capacity of 10 million woven packaging bags, with a building area of 2,500 square meters. It offers a one-stop service covering printing and sewing, featuring a wide variety of products of high quality that meet the production and operational needs of the entire company.
The product is a bestseller in more than 20 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions including Shanghai, Guangdong, Guangxi, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Henan, and Shandong, as well as in countries such as Indonesia, Japan, and Vietnam, earning widespread recognition and favor from customers both at home and abroad.
