1. When deoxidation is the main method, it can be added directly to the bottom of the ladle before steel discharge; the amount added is determined by the carbon content of the end steel, generally 4-6kg/1000kg steel. 1/4 before steel discharge, the conventional addition of ferromanganese, ferrosilicon and aluminum; after steel discharge, carbon structural steel is added to manganese and ferrosilicon as usual, no need to add other alloys or aluminum wire. The steel in the ladle only needs to be refined by blowing argon. Deoxidation with this product, can reduce the amount of carbon enhancer (silicon carbide) 30-50%.
2. When mainly desulfurization, 1/3 of the dosage should be added to the bottom of the ladle in advance, but to the bottom of the ladle steel flow impact position; as the steel flows out, add 2/3 of the amount; 6-8kg/1000kg steel dosage according to the original sulfur content of the steel and the use of the effect to determine.
