The group company was founded in December 2003, using advanced production technology and techniques, mainly producing calcium aluminate powder, aluminate cement, high activity bauxite, polyaluminium chloride, ferric polyaluminium chloride, packaging products and other products for water treatment agents. After more than ten years of reconstruction, expansion and new construction, the company now covers an area of more than 180 mu, with an investment of 460 million yuan in fixed assets, and is the production base of calcium aluminate powder and water treatment agent series products in China.
The company was founded in December 2003, and the old factory is located in Yanjiang Road, Kaili.
On March 26, 2012, we signed an investment agreement with Kaili City Government for relocation and capacity expansion, and invested 150 million yuan in the construction of calcium aluminate production line with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons in Furushan Industrial Park on an area of 100 mu. In February 2015, the project passed the acceptance of "Safety Production Standardization" of Qiandongnan Prefecture Safety Production Supervision Bureau.
On April 5, 2016, we signed the "Investment Agreement" with Kaili Municipal Government to invest 280 million yuan to build a new production line with an annual output of 120,000 tons of polyaluminium chloride, a production line with an annual output of 100,000 tons of red powder and a production line with an annual output of 10 million woven packaging bags.
Construction began on April 16, 2016 and was put into operation in May 2017.
The plant has a capacity of 200,000 tons/year of calcium aluminate powder and 100,000 tons/year of red powder production line, covers an area of 100 mu, with a construction area of 15,000 ㎡, a greening area of 11,000 ㎡, a fixed asset investment of 150 million yuan, a total installed capacity of 7,500 KW, main production equipment include two kiln pre-decomposition rotary kilns Φ2.8×50m, two raw material mills Φ2.4×7m, a finished mill Φ2.4× 7m, and 25 environmental protection facilities.
The capacity of the second plant is 120,000 tons/year of polyaluminium chloride, covering an area of 83 mu, with a construction area of 16,000m2. Greening area of 5000 ㎡, investment of 280 million yuan, total installed capacity of 1200KW, main production equipment are: 4 reaction pools, 10 liquid storage pools, 3 sets of 9.2m spray drying tower, 3 sets of 4 million calorie hot air furnace, 1 set of boiler, 12 sets of drum drying, 8 sets of environmental protection facilities.
The capacity of the three factories is 10 million woven packaging bags, with a construction area of 2500㎡, printing and sewing in one line, with many varieties and good quality to meet the needs of the whole company's production and operation.
Products are sold well in more than 20 provinces, cities and autonomous regions such as Shanghai, Guangdong, Guangxi, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Henan and Shandong, as well as Indonesia, Japan, Vietnam and other countries, and have been recognized by the majority of users at home and abroad favor
