Spray polymerization of polyaluminium chloride production process
2022-02-09
Spray polyaluminium chloride adopts the more advanced polyaluminium chloride production process of spray granulation, which dries and atomizes polyaluminium chloride into fine particles, and it is a good polyaluminium chloride product at present, which is a creamy white and light yellow fine powder. Spray polyaluminium chloride is commonly used in drinking water treatment.
Production process of spray polyaluminium chloride:
Liquid material - Filter press - Spray tower spray drying - Finished product.
The solution of polyaluminium chloride with solid content of 40%-50% is introduced into the high pressure pump, pressurized and atomized into the atomizer in the dryer and dispersed into small liquid droplets. After the droplets are dried, granular products are obtained, so that drying and granulation can be completed at the same time.
Spraying polyaluminium chloride characteristics:
It has the advantages of low alkalinity, good stability, wide adaptability to waters, fast hydrolysis, strong adsorption ability, large alum generation, fast precipitation, low turbidity of effluent water, good dewatering performance, fine particles, good smoothness, small dosage, low cost, safe drinking water treatment, etc.
Use of sprayed polyaluminium chloride:
Before the water purifying agent such as polyaluminum chloride is formally put into use, a small sample test should be conducted by treating the sewage, and a better point with good water purification effect and small dosage should be selected. Polyaluminum chloride solution should be prepared for use at any time and reasonably added according to different water quality.
Agricultural wastewater is mainly used for field feeding, farming and processing of agricultural by-products. Most of the organic chemical air pollutants in agricultural wastewater are of high concentration.
However, the biochemical capacity is poor, and even some agricultural and livestock wastewater has toxic side effects. Because such environmental pollution factors can cause great damage to the natural environment. Therefore, scientific research is of positive practical significance for the rational regulation and planning of modern agricultural development and ecological environmental protection in China.
Agricultural wastewater has the characteristics of high phosphorus and high permanganate index, which can be treated by physical methods.
The polyaluminum chloride device is stirred in the process of stirring, the stirring speed is fast and then slow. The coagulation process of coagulation process is to mix the condensate with raw water fully, which needs to be rotated quickly and completed quickly. According to the rotation speed and stirring time of the mixer, the rotation speed can be set at 150~200 rpm and the stirring time can be set at 1~3 minutes.
Coagulation method is to collide polyaluminium chloride with colloidal particles in water, and then flocculate to form flocs (alum). As the floc grows, the stirring intensity or water flow speed needs to be gradually reduced to avoid the formation of flocs (alum). The speed can be set between 40rpm to 50rpm and the stirring time is 15~20 minutes.
Putting polyaluminium chloride into water and starting fast stirring is beneficial to the uniform diffusion of flocculant and the rapid hydrolysis, dissolution and degumming of flocculant. Fast stirring can quickly and evenly disperse the polyaluminium chloride into the water in an instant to avoid uneven dispersion of reagents, which leads to high local reagent concentration and affects the hydrolysis of the coagulant (such as aluminum sulfate) itself and its interaction with the colloid (or impurity particles) in the water.
When the floc is formed, the stirring speed should be rapidly reduced to lower the intensity so as not to affect the re-expansion of the floc, or even crush the formed floc. In order to make the floc produced in the fast mixing process further grow into coarse and dense floc, slow mixing should be used to further realize solid-liquid separation.
