The Lubi Economic Development Zone further boosts its “green content”: Xintai Melting Materials’ ultra-low emission upgrade has been successfully completed.

It is understood that the project will kick off in March 2025 and be completed by November. The renovation focuses on the flue gas treatment system, upgrading the original SNCR denitration process of the production line to an efficient dry desulfurization process. Flue gas purification for kilns will be optimized according to the “one kiln, one furnace” principle. After the renovation, emissions of nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, and particulate matter will be reduced by more than 60%. Xintai Melting Materials’ green transformation is not an isolated case. Prior to this, Kaorong Glass Co., Ltd. and Qiya Aluminum Co., Ltd. in the Lubu Economic Development Zone have already completed ultra-low emission upgrades one after another, and the atmosphere among enterprises in the zone to embrace green transformation is growing stronger. In the next step, the Lubu Economic Development Zone will continue to intensify its support and services for enterprises’ green transformations, with a particular focus on promoting technological upgrades and renovations in industries such as metal smelting, non-metallic manufacturing, and renewable resource utilization. This will further strengthen the battle against pollution and continuously enhance the “green content” of the zone’s high-quality development.

Xintai Group will explain the polyaluminum chloride-iron wastewater treatment and filtration method.

Polyaluminum chloride-iron has no taste in water, and disinfectants are ineffective at removing it. Since it’s inherently odorless, any lingering unpleasant smell in the water after treatment is likely due to the disinfectant itself. After all, polyaluminum chloride-iron itself is odorless and couldn’t possibly emit a pungent, nose-stinging odor that others could detect.
