Xintai Group: How to Purchase High-Efficiency Polyaluminum Chloride?

Xintai Group was founded in December 2003 and specializes in the application of advanced, high-tech technologies, primarily serving industries involved in water treatment. The company’s products include calcium aluminate powder, polyaluminum chloride, and various water treatment agents. After continuous improvements, the company now occupies an area of over 180 mu and has fixed assets totaling 460 million yuan. It also serves as a research and development base for product manufacturing in China.

Xintai Group was founded in December 2003. Its original factory, located on Lianjiang Road in Kaili City, signed a relocation contract with the government on March 26, 2012. Subsequently, the first factory—situated in an industrial park—covers an area of over 100 mu and received an investment of 150 million yuan, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons. In 2014, after the State Environmental Protection Administration approved the completion and acceptance of the production line, the facility was certified as safe and compliant with safety production standards. In 2016, the company signed another agreement with the government for the construction of a second factory.

We have invested 280 million yuan in the construction of a new factory, which will annually produce 120,000 tons of aluminum chlorohydrate and 100,000 tons of red pigment. Additionally, the factory already produces 10 million meters of woven yarn for packaging bags each year. Officially breaking ground on April 16, 2016, we began production as early as May 2017. Our products are selling well in over 20 regions including Guangxi, Guangdong, Hubei, and Shandong, as well as in several overseas countries such as Indonesia, Japan, and others. Meeting our customers’ needs with a wide variety of products and excellent quality is our core service principle.

Xintai Group: This is a relatively common water purification agent. Since the production technology threshold in the market is relatively low, product quality varies considerably. Therefore, when purchasing a high-efficiency PAC, you need to first understand your specific application method and requirements. Then, continuously refine your product development based on these characteristics. Typically, PAC comes in shades of brown, khaki, yellow, or pale yellow. Brown PAC is generally classified as industrial-grade, while khaki-colored PAC is suitable for both industrial and drinking-water applications. Yellow and white PACs are designed specifically for certain end-use scenarios.

Under normal circumstances, alkalinity can induce morphological changes in these types of materials. A fundamental molecule is the hydroxyl radical ion; if this particular parameter shows a weight loss, the percentage involved is typically studied and usually falls within the range of 40% to 90%. For example, the water-insoluble substances found in PAC—whose solubility generally exceeds 99%—are produced via various methods, and naturally, differences in color will reflect these variations.

This is inevitable—white is one of the more commonly used water-purification materials, and it finds applications in both food and drinking-water treatment as well as in the paper-making industry. As for Xintai Group, light yellow is distinguished by its strictly limited content of heavy metals. Golden yellow, currently widely available on the market, is a type of wastewater-coagulant that delivers excellent performance and can be used effectively in industrial wastewater treatment. Brown and coffee-colored varieties, on the other hand, represent specialized water-treatment products tailored to meet specific requirements.
